How to import JVC TOD Camcorders to Adobe Premiere for editing?

Do you shoot some videos with a JVC TOD Camcorder? How you do to your camcorder footage, share on YouTube, Facebook, Photobucket, or MySpace? Or you want to edit your footage before sharing on Adobe Premiere? If the answer is latter one, you may meet the trouble like me about importing JVC TOD files to Adobe Premiere, since Adobe Premiere Pro can not support TOD files now.
After Google Search, I found out the useful information about Adobe Premiere supported formats:
Video formats:
AVI, MOV, MPEG (MPE,MPG), Open DML, WMV
Audio formats:
AIFF, AVI, MOV, MP3, WAV, WMA
Still-image formats:
AI, BMP/DIB/RLE, EPS, FLC/FLI, GIF, ICO, JPEG/JPE/JPG/JFIF, PCX, PICT/PIC/PCT, PNG, PRTL (Adobe Title), PSD, TGA/ICB/VST/VDA, TIFF
Sequence formats:
AI, BMP/DIB/RLE, Filmstrip, Animated GIF, PICT/PIC/PCT, TGA/ICB/VST/VDA, TIFF, PSD
From the above list, we know that to edit JVC TOD camcorder videos on Adobe Premiere we have to use a third party-TOD Converter to convert TOD to Adobe Premiere.
